Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. On my first stay, the staff provided the best local taxi tip. I always come back for a romantic escape.

Great spot for a quick stay

The location was really nice, close to the metro which made getting around super easy. The double room was modern and clean, but I could hear my neighbors a bit too well at night. The breakfast had some nice organic options, though it could've had a little more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The issues with room placement were frustrating, especially with the Annex being detached from the main hotel building, leading to an uncomfortable experience in a residential area. Air conditioning in the room didn’t function, the bathroom lighting was subpar, and guests should be advised to activate the hot water upon arrival for a proper shower. Additionally, parking came at a cost, which wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand, along with unexpected municipal tax charges at check-out.

The location of Eco Hotel Milano was fantastic, just a short metro ride to the Duomo. The staff greeted me with warmth, and I appreciated their quick responses to my questions. The room was tidy, which added to my comfort. However, it was quite small, making it tough to maneuver with two large suitcases. The air conditioning system had issues—only a fan mode worked, and the cold bathroom tiles were uncomfortable. Housekeeping cleaned daily, but the noise from the cleaners in the morning disrupted my sleep frequently. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is eco-friendly, which is a definite plus for me. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize an eco-conscious stay but be prepared for a few inconveniences.

Breakfast delight in a city escape

The breakfast buffet was extensive and featured local ingredients, making each morning a delicious start. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with local recommendations.

However, the walls were quite thin, allowing us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which affected our sleep quality on busier nights. Additionally, the décor felt outdated and could use some modernizing.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. It was cozy for a good sleep. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a nice shower and enough space for our things. I appreciated having a mini fridge and the AC worked well, which was a plus. Honestly, the only downside was the noise from outside made us close the window at night, but it wasn’t a total dealbreaker.

I had a lovely stay with my girlfriend, and we truly enjoyed the cozy breakfast area and the beautiful garden to unwind in after a day exploring. The only minor downside was the occasional street noise that crept in at night, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Definitely ask about their allergy-friendly menu. the staff went above and beyond to help us out!
